Magantix Solutions provides custom software development, web and mobile application development, cloud solutions, AI & machine learning services, UI/UX design, DevOps, data analytics, ERP/CRM solutions, digital transformation consulting, cyber security, and ongoing IT support and maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement, which forms part of the contract between you and Magantix Solutions.
Where these Terms conflict with a signed statement of work or master services agreement for a specific engagement, the terms of that signed agreement will govern with respect to that engagement. Project timelines, milestones, and acceptance criteria will be documented and agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Fees for our Services are set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work and are typically structured around agreed milestones or a recurring retainer. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work, ownership of custom deliverables (source code, designs, and documentation created specifically for you) transfers to you upon full payment of all applicable fees. Magantix Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and general know-how used in delivering the Services, and grants you a non-exclusive license to use any such components as embedded in your deliverables. All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — remains the property of Magantix Solutions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing under the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magantix Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Magantix Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our Services, or infringement of any third-party rights through content or instructions you provide to us.
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms specified in the applicable statement of work or master services agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of fees for work performed up to the effective date of termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date, and will be effective as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
